Shipping Times & Rates:

  • New Zealand: Standard shipping (2-5 business days) – Free within New Zealand

  • Australia: Standard shipping (5-10 business days) – Flat rate: $19.00 NZD

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
